All of our products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order ships.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Inspired Faith is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@inspired-faith.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@inspired-faith.com within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
