RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Inspired Faith, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@inspired-faith.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made upon ordering, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse
• Color preference
• Ordering mistakes made by the customer
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
